Meet Our Team

Erinn Williams, LCPC, CST – Owner & Psychotherapist

Improving relationships is the goal.

With over 15 years of experience in mental health, I help adults navigate the complex intersections of intimacy, desire, and emotional healing.

As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, my work is grounded in deep compassion and clinical expertise. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples who feel disconnected in their sex lives – whether that’s due to sexless relationships, desire discrepancies, or sexual dysfunction.

I also work with people carrying the weight of past trauma, helping them reclaim a sense of safety, agency, and connection in their relationships and with themselves.

My approach is integrative and tailored.

Drawing from Sex Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based techniques, I help clients untangle patterns, heal old wounds, and move toward more fulfilling, authentic experiences.

Therapy with me is a space of warmth, collaboration, and possibility. Whether you want to deepen connection, rediscover desire, or process trauma, I’ll walk alongside you with curiosity, respect, and hope.

Lara Alkurdi, LSW – Psychotherapist

Learning to navigate life challenges is the goal.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, or the frustration of feeling stuck in old habits.

Whether you’re overwhelmed by constant pressure or trying to shift patterns that no longer serve you, therapy with me offers a space to slow down, reflect, and create meaningful change.

My approach is grounded and collaborative.

Drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices, I help clients gain insight, increase emotional flexibility, and take steps toward the life they want – one grounded in presence, purpose, and self-compassion.

Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and uncover new ways forward. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Shannon Degnan, LSW – Psychotherapist

Overcoming unwanted behaviors is the goal.

I work with adults navigating behavioral addictions – patterns like compulsive sex, gambling, or other numbing behaviors that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and your life.

These behaviors often begin as coping mechanisms but can become barriers to intimacy, presence, and authenticity over time.

My approach helps you make the right connection.

My work is about helping you stop running and start reconnecting with your body, emotions, and deeper values.

I take a bottom-up approach to healing, integrating movement-based therapy, polyvagal theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This means we’ll work with your thoughts, nervous system, and lived experience, tapping into the body’s wisdom to support real, sustainable change.

In our work together, I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and nonjudgment. We will build safety, increase self-awareness, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.

Kelly Donovan, LSW, Psychotherapist

Helping you move forward is the goal.

I specialize in working with adults navigating the challenges of ADHD, particularly the overwhelm and frustration that can come with executive dysfunction.

Whether it’s trouble starting tasks, managing time, or staying organized, I help clients find practical strategies while also holding space for the emotional toll that struggle can bring.

I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, offering support that’s compassionate, nonjudgmental, and rooted in evidence-based care.

My approach promotes self-confidence.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and skills training. Together, we’ll identify patterns that aren’t serving you and build tools that support focus, regulation, and self-confidence both in the moment and over time.

Therapy with me is collaborative and encouraging. We’ll work side by side to overcome what feels impossible and create new pathways forward, grounded in your strengths, values, and capacity for change.
